GreenWin adapts and presents: The Green Chemistry & White Biotechnology Master Sessions

The coronavirus crisis has seriously impacted our events and actions plan, preventing us from our usual crossborder freedom of movements. Nevertheless, at GreenWin, we have decided to adapt the format of our actions so that we can keep on carrying out our purposes. Instead of organising 2 full days of face-to-face conferences, we are setting a series of 4 'Master Sessions*' up, in partnership with essenscia Wallonie & Entreprise Europe Network Wallonia, through an interactive teleconference tool.

*“Master” as in “Master Classes, and “Sessions” as in “Jazz Jam Sessions”: both concepts reflecting the level of expertise and quality of interactions of guests and audience all together.

This year, GreenWin’s focus will be on Biorefineries: at the heart of new bioeconomy production processes
The purpose of the Master Sessions is
> to assess the innovative technology used to boost activities in the fields of green chemistry and white biotechnology around the world,
> to share knowledge and gain a new experience in doing so and
> to stimulate the creation of new R&D projects involving the academic world, research centres and industrial players from the sector, both at regional and international levels.
> to highlight the link between Research and Market.

Each Master Session will take up to 2 hours from 10 AM till noon and will be themed according to the following specific subjects:
Session #1: New (bio)resources – 10 September 2020
Session #2: New (bio)products – 24 September 2020
Session #3: New technologies > industrial micro bio network – 8 October 2020
Session #4: New technologies > enzymatic and extraction technologies – 29 October 2020
